Mr. Navin worked in the information technology industry – NEC, Bay Networks, Nortel, Com21 and Lucent Technologies in software/product development, marketing and management leadership. Currently Mr. Pola is responsible operations and managing their software development operations in India.

Since 2001, Mr. Navin, has been involved in starting up US companies in India – Time2Market (Chip design company, parent company based out of California, USA), MIC Electronics (LED, Embedded Systems Company based out of Hyderabad, India), BayNest (IT Consulting), MicroNet (ISP), and ICST. During the start up phase for “Time2Market”, India, Mr. Navin was involved in strategic decisions of company on new product development and product marketing planning for Indian Market.

In his capacity as a director for “Time2Market” Mr. Pola has significant experience in setting up the operations, participated in the merger of “Time2Market” with InfoTech, Hyderabad, India. He was instrumental in convincing the management of ICST (USA) and successfully launching part of operations in India.

Dr. Vijaya Bhaskar Nori is the Managing Director and Chief Radiologist at Vista Diagnostic Imaging and Medical Center in Hyderabad. He is a pioneer in Cardiac CT and MRI in the region, having established the first CTCA center in the state in 2004.

Dr Nori has MD in Radio-diagnosis and has over 23 years of extensive experience working in prestigious institutes -CMC Vellore and NIMS Hyderabad. Mr. Nori was former President of Indian Radiologists Association.

Dr Nori received university gold medal in biochemistry, physiology, pharmacology, pathology, forensic medicine, preventive medicine & general medicine in MBBS and acquired top rank. Nagi is active in mentoring and advising start-ups since 2017. He is currently engaged in advising an edtech startup and a post Series B Omni Channel retail SaaS company focused on Order and Warehouse management. He is an active mentor at T-Hub, Hyderabad (an incubator with over 600 startups) in areas of Strategy & Execution, MVP, GTM, sales growth & governance and alliances. Nagi also assists in the selection of executive talent for companies.
